Charice, Anyare? (What happened?) Charice-300x300

[We don't know if we're going to be annoyed or if we'll still be able to understand Charice Pempengco on her new look.]

[On her new look there is but one question on Twitter: "What happened?"]

[Instead of probably getting annoyed, we would just like to understand Charice that her "macho look" nowadays is just her trip or her happiness.]

[That we can never give her 'what makes her happy', so who are we to judge her "boyish look" now.]

[Uhm, but the worse thing about it is that the people already followed her so called 'rags to riches' career.]

[She started from joining amateur singing contests until she became a runner-up to Sam Concepcion in a singing search on ABS-CBN and she became even more famous than the grand champion, right?]

Kinilala nina Oprah, Ellen De Generes at iba pang international chu-chu si Charice, kaya sumikat talaga siya.

[Charice was recognized by Oprah, Ellen De Generes and other international so-so, that's why she really became famous.]

[And then, from the time she became a judge on X-Factor, her weekly change of hairstyle was criticized, and so the continuous bashing went on for Charice, but the young singer was just dead malice.]

[So is now the time for Charice to be affected by the criticisms on her? Maybe she had become completely numb.]

Pero if I were Charice, dapat, ibalik na niya sa dating inosenteng mukha ang packaging niya.

[But if I were Charice, her packaging should return to her former innocent look.]

[It's like the people are now in an adjustment period whether they would accept her or just understand her because that's where she's happy.]

[You're the reason why you became internationally recognized. Will you also be the one to destroy it from the people?]

Think about it.

[Think about it. It's a waste if you continue on changing your image.]

[And the people will just keep on asking: what happened?]

Charice has alway tended towards boy's clothes, even when she was first discovered by David Foster. But no one was criticizing how she dressed back then, not until she appeared at the Manila leg of her infinity concert with her hair cut short. All the criticism came from her countrymen who associated short hair by women as being lesbian. Little if no criticism during stops outside the philipines. Japan in particular sported short haircuts as the most popular style among Japanese women. Charice has had a home in LosAngeles California for a couple of years now. Much of what is fashionable in hairstyles among Hollywood celebrities has not gone unnoticed by Charice. Because there were so many short hair styles Charice decided to try many of them which accounts for a new look by her every week in the X-Factor. Here are some of the hairstyles worn by Hollywood celebrities:

If Charice looked like Charlize Theron and cut her hair short would she still be called the L-word.

And Charlize's hair in the above pic has been growing for 3 months prior to the 2013 oscars.
