Charice Pempengco confirmed for 2012 TOFA Awards in New York City

Charice Pempengco hasn't been seen much in the United States as the popular star has kept close to home and has been busy with her reality show judging gig in the Philippines. While the fans have been sad, the news that Charice was confirmed for the upcoming TOFA Awards has turned those frown upside down. The TOFA Awards officially announced on Friday that Charice will be part of the upcoming award show.
“On behalf of the TOFA board, I am delighted to announce that Cheesa from The Voice and Charice will be joining our event next month at Carnegie Hall,” writes Elton Lugay from the TOFA Awards on the official Facebook page of the award show.
Celebrating Filipino American History Month, the TOFA-NY Awards acknowledges outstanding Filipino Americans in New York with a special award banquet. Along with Charice there will also be Cheesa, Adam Jacobs and Ali Ewoldt.
Fans in America will be delighted to see Charice once again. With a new movie coming out and a chance to reconnect with the fans in North America that love her so much.
