MANILA, Philippines -- Singer Charice made it to the premiere night of her Hollywood film "Here Comes The Boom" at AMC Loews Lincoln Square in New York City -- but not without some drama.
According to talent manager Angeli Pangilinan-Valenciano, the young singer missed her flight to New York after she forgot her passport.
But the wife of Gary Valenciano, Charice's co-mentor-judge on "The X Factor Philippines," said the "Pyramid" hitmaker still made it to the premiere of the Kevin James comedy flick after she took a Philippine Airline flight.
"Now it can be told. Charice forgot her passport and missed her 7:50 a.m. Delta flight to New York. It was the most stressful day! She flew via PAL," Pangilinan said on the microblogging site Twitter.
Meanwhile, Charice, a favorite target of online ridicule because of her hairstyle, showed her latest tattoo with the quote "I'M A CHILD CALLED 'IT'" on her left forearm during the premiere night of the mixed-martial arts comedy.
Last March, Charice showed her first tattoo -- on her left forearm says "Eternally" -- to her Filipino fans.
Two months later, Charice got another tattoo with the quote "I never knew to love until someone broke my heart."
